How should intelligence perceive?

Seven principles extracted from dyslexic cognition neuroscience. The foundation underneath every mode we build.

Every AI on earth runs one cognitive architecture. Analytical. Convergent. Sequential. It processes information the same way, every time, for every person, on every problem. This is not a limitation of the technology. It is a limitation of imagination.

The Foundation

Seven Principles

Extracted from the neuroscience of dyslexic cognition. Each one a dimension of perception that sequential processing filters out.

Dynamic Systems Thinking

Cause-and-effect chains in motion. Second and third-order consequences.

When you change the price, what happens to the brand? When the brand shifts, what happens to the team?
Global-First Processing

See the whole before any part. The gestalt before the detail.

The shape of the argument before the words. The pattern of the codebase before the function.
Peripheral Detection

Notice what sequential thinking filters out. The signal in the noise.

The tone shift in the third email. The assumption nobody questioned.
Spatial Reasoning

Think in shapes and maps. Rotate problems mentally. Position carries meaning.

Relationships as topology. Strategy as landscape. Proximity as relevance.
Narrative Over Abstraction

Scenes, not categories. Stories alongside data.

Not "revenue declined 12%" but "the customer who used to order monthly stopped in March."
Associative Leaping

Connect across domains. The "wrong" connection that is the insight.

The shipping logistics problem that is actually a trust problem. The design choice that solves the sales objection.
Divergent Default

Widen before narrowing. Stay in the question longer.

Generate twelve framings before choosing one. Resist the first answer that feels right.

The specification IS the implementation. Plain text as cognitive program.

Emergence

The Emergence Layer

When two principles combine, they produce effects neither creates alone. These are not additive. They are emergent.

Applied Research

Six Cognitive Axes

This research has produced six independent cognitive axes. Each one restructures a different dimension of how intelligence operates. They stack.
